BMS Integration
The Battery Management System is installed and configured for monitoring, protection and control.
Mechanical Assembly
Battery blocks, enclosure, cabling, connectors and mechanical components are assembled into the complete battery system.
Electrical Testing
Voltage, polarity, connections, insulation and key electrical parameters are verified.
BMS & Functional Testing
BMS communication, alarms, protection functions and overall battery operation are tested.
Final QC & Traceability
Each battery undergoes final inspection and test verification before release for deployment, with the relevant records maintained for traceability.
